The Privacy Shield Pro code you received on your notice will become active once the Settlement is Final. The hearing to consider the fairness of the Settlement is scheduled for December 8, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. If the Court approves the Settlement, your Privacy Shield Pro code will become active, and the enrollment link will be provided below.

Please note that the activation code is unique to you and should not be shared with anyone else for enrollment. In addition to your activation code, you will need to provide your name, address, date of birth, telephone, a valid email address, and your Social Security number to complete your enrollment. Once enrolled, starting at the date of enrollment, you will receive one (1) year of Privacy Shield Pro services.
The deadline to enroll is 90 days after the enrollment process begins. After this 90-day period, the enrollment process will close, and your Privacy Shield Pro code will no longer be active.
